Lizzy can meet Summer at the beach every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday but only if Lizzy is wearing a complete bikini. There are many ways to meet Summer at the beach and quite a few different encounters that can be discovered and they will all increase the relationship.
i go to bleach sunday,did not meet her,i refresh many time, nice long nap. long walk. go for a swim. all choose ,did not see her again.i how to choose?

She's just a random addition to some events, the chance of meeting her is far too low.

look in the "hints and tips" + "info on all the characters" and pick the blonde picture bottom row, located on the right side of the game window.
First Summer meeting is only on Thursday and Saturday, and the MC must be at tge beach party dancing and 65% drunk.
BurningSun listed this in the responce to my first question. Lots of activities and characters are day and sequence drivien.

how to meet Raul ? i already have over 35+look. wearing a party dress 25+ Pole dancing，in the night club why did not see him,what options can meet him. Dance、 Sit down and relax or Go and flirt with some people？

There's a random event there where a girl gives you a card introducing you to Raul who appears at the nightclub and you can try out for him.
You need this introduction from the girl before you can meet him.

I see the alarm in the diary, but I've still never woken up any time but 9am, regardless of whether I set it to on or only on for work days. Any advice? Thanks.

The instructions you quoted say to open the Console (of your web-browser by pressing the) F12 (key on your keyboard).

You can also open the same web-browser Console using:
Code: 
CTRL SHIFT J   if using Windows or Linux
CMD SHIFT J    if using Mac
If you're not using a Desktop or Laptop then you will have difficulty doing that.

Actually the answer is sort of but you need to be careful...
You can't do the fashion or cleaner routes or if you do you need to quit pretty early in the path. If you work at the flower shop don't date Mo and if at the library don't mess with Zack.
Summer is a nice girl and that relationship looks like ending in a good place.
When at the nightclub if you flirt just go with a girl and reject the guys. Just don't be too drunk.
I have a game with a lesbian Lizzy and she works the good route at the flower shop, does the shower stuff with the girls, has fun at the nightclub and flirts till she gets a girl.

So I'm waiting for the good flower route to be continued so she can learn to drive and open a bank account as well as move the relationship with Summer forward. :)

BurningSun Minor point with Cess. I've started a new game and am on day 7 and just met him for the 2nd time in the kitchen. The hints & tips say you can meet him for the 1st time after 20 days.

Downloaded the game yesterday. I've got some broken links, especially in the danceing school. I cannot progress poledanceing, so this path is blocked for me.

Meet Bianca for the first time in the park while walking through the park. Get the next scenes by checking the hints section and by going to the character page and selecting Bianca.

It is random indeed. Whenever you dance at the party and get any event, it could have been the Summer event. There are 9 events in total. In principle there is a 5% chance of getting the event. I've increased it slightly for the next version.

Hi diaonimagechouhi,
I've just updated the hints section as follows:
Lizzy needs to be dressed wearing a party dress and look good (Looks += 35) OR have a Free Style dancing skill of += 25 in order to trigger the random event while dancing in the club.

Yeah, somehow most of the Virginity stuff got bugged. There are quite a few people that have mentioned that it is not working, or showing erroneous texts. Checking it for the next version. Thanks!

There should not be any issues at this time, or at least not as often as you are describing. You sure you are using version V.8.8.73?
If you are, please let me know what you are running into so I can fix it.
