There should not be any issues at this time, or at least not as often as you are describing. You sure you are using version V.8.8.73?
If you are, please let me know what you are running into so I can fix it.

I put on the Poledance Dress and want to start the course => everything black, no buttons no text no video.

Even if I put on the Poledance Dress and turn back to "normal cloths" => everything black

One time I encountered the same problem by changeing the city areas. But maybe there was an event involved.
