Ok this is certainly confusing, is this really netorare o netori?

That overview sounds like the Mc is invited to his boss's house, and the one on the lounge chair seems to be the Mc with some girl (the boss's wife?) while the boss Trevor appears to be working on the other side from the pool.

From now on, everyone's decisions will matter!

Taking into account that part of the overview, and that the description in the image that says "two main characters" does that mean it is Multiple Protagonist?

Good question, for all those who have doubts but do not want to play, it is like this:

Short answer: it seems to be Netori, the MC has no relationship with any girl in the game, while the boss seems very passive and perhaps interested in "watching".

Then why ntr tag? That is cheating no ntr. Edit: And the ntr its in (optional), if the ntr tag is refering to that, then the optional makes no sense.
