It's definitely nice to see something different every now and then as opposed to the status quo. Hopefully, the dialogue as well as the visuals deliver. If I see things like "OMG, WTF" I'm throwing it away.
I can't count how many times I've seen fugly guys with very attractive women. He's either loaded, has a huge schlong or a dynamite personality.

Well judging by the unusual amount of freedom of choice the protag has in the description, I would assume it is quite americanized. Especially when she is showing an unusual amount of skin for that culture. (is a porn game i know, but they do have the region in the title).
According to the pictures it's more like really liberal muslim women in America, this is nothing like the middle east, even when they were free from the radical islam...

She is not an Arab woman. The Middle East is completely different geography then Arabia.
From the names, I can easily say that it is happening in Turkey, probably in Istanbul.

It is definitely not americanized. It is like a standard living happening in Istanbul. I have friends like the characters in these games. And you cannot believe how much skin you can see in Istanbul or big cities in Turkey or the coastal citieas of Turkey. Just google it as "nightlife in Istanbul" or Bodrum or Antalya and look the images
Me too, although female protags are not my thing (will give it a try tho).
