I think there is some bug in the mod. text are appearing above the characters name. You can't see that who you are talking with

It's not convenient, but what you can do is have 2 versions of the game installed and running at the same time. Play the incest version, make a save when there is a choice and load it in the version with this mod, it will show you the answer for the walkthrough.unfortunately it is not compatible with ipatch
