Just installed it, everything seems fine but one error. When I do the Sophie scene and choose master, the next choice is "leave her alone" or 'go over her. require sophie garage..." which is highlighted in green but am unable to click on that choice

You have to set the variable 'Sophie Garage Feet Cum' value to True to activate that choice.
So open variables tab in mod menu (Before the choice occurs) and find that variable and set its value to True.

[My extension xet only works on windows]
Try this fix patch for both mac and windows.
*Delete old python-packages folder and XtremeData.xet file.
*Then extract this attached zip files. And copy new 'python-packages' folder (can be found inside Xtreme_Fix folder after extracting) and paste it inside game folder. Put some songs inside track folder and start the game.
*Now you are good to go. You can play your own songs in game (use MR VINCENT button to open the xtreme universal music player screen.)

I'm sorry, i'm not getting the XtremeData.xet file. I've found the python packages in your Mod folder , but can't find this "Xtremedata.xet" file.

Did you install latest version of mod or previous version ?
According to your problem this is an old version of mod. And in the latest version mod(in the op) there is no script. rpy file or any type of rpy extension files(you can check inside latest version of mod).

Method: 1(!!!!!!!!!!)
*To avoid this error, delete these folders and files first. (script folder, XTREME folder, script.rpy folder and patch.rpy folder)
*After deletion there should be no rpy extension type of files. If exist delete those files.
*Then extract new version of mod(the one in the op) and copy the mod's game folder and paste it in same directory of main game's game folder.
*Restart your game and enjoy.

Method:2(Simple and easy to use)
*Just extract LISC main game zip file again.
*Extract new mod version and paste its contents inside game folder of the main game.
*Start the game and enjoy.

Try this fix. It's for Mac version.
* Delete python-packages folder, manualtracks.rpyc file and music_screen.rpyc from game folder of LISC.
* Then install this mac mod version.
