Considering there is no new content in the latest update, just new videos in existing scenes Im not sure there needs to be an update in this one. Plus someone in the main thread posted links to all the new videos so you can see which scenes theyre in.

What happened to the game? I started from scratch again using the mod, but what happened to the freeroam? Has it been automatic?

The free roam starts after the prologue.
Also I tried the new update with this mod and everything seems to be working fine.

What's the difference between the LISC mod and the Xtreme mod? I downloaded the Xtreme mod and I didn't realize that they were 2 different mod

There were two types of mod from this modder; a normal multi mod with few features and another mod with fancy styles and more customization option(Xtreme Mod). I think the modder replaced it with his Xtreme version of mod.

Will it cause an issue if I install the LISC mod after already installing the Xtreme mod?

I don't think so. Because they are both same mods with more fancy options in Xtreme version. But I'll prefer delete the old mod before installing this version of mod because I found error due to change of game's gui.

My game version is 0.5.3 and I haven't downloaded the new version because it has no new contents rather than just fixes. But here is my screenshot of the game folder of LISC 0.5.3

And if the gallery is causing problem then delete the script folder or let's wait till the mod to get updated.
