Ran into quite a few hardcoded "Trevor" instead of [trevor_name] in Chapter 3:

I wish I knew about the Global Illumination on the character from the start, this made a HUGE difference in the quality of the images, I had no idea how much it changed with that simple change. I going to put you in my game credits

Fixed it now in the game code, but I will leave the fix for the version 0.4 that I'm working right now, so additional content is added as well.

So i finished the pub scene where i decided talk to Karine instead of Hanna, and now the game is stuck with only a red marker on the pub location and a message of "it's really noisy in the pub and you can't stand it anymore" that doesn't click in to anything.

That the end of content or is the game bugged? Tried to speed run a few new game attempts to get back to that point and some of those bugged out into repeating loops before even getting to that latest point as well.

You are correct, it is the end of the current patch, now that you mentioned, I forgot to add an end screen to show the end of the current content in a more direct way.

But I'm working the past week and the next few on a bigger update that should be here soon, as I got some free time available in the next few weeks. So stay tuned for more soon...ish

No Harem per say, but there will be a few scenes involving multiple girls at the same time. So I guess it depends on the definition of harem . If you mean be in a serious relationship with multiple girls at the same time, not gonna be there, but scenes with more than one girl at the same time as something casual, yes!

Since this isn't going to be a harem game, does the MC have a girlfriend? Personally, I'm not interested in any casual sex scenes; I'm only interested in scenes with the girl the MC is romantically involved with (and if he doesn't have a girlfriend, I prefer not to have sex scenes until a LI is the MC's girlfriend).

Anyway, since I don't like choosing, if I'm interested in two girls, I'll almost certainly stop playing.

The truth is, I'm not interested at all.

I'm only interested in harems and, if the circumstances are right, in the MC being with a single LI from the beginning to the end of the game (but for that, I only have to like that LI).

This is not going to be a helpful comment - apologies in advance - but with a title like that, I'd hope for a buffet of harem incest, bestialism, watersports, the works. Which clearly isn't the point here. Perhaps the message is that life is vanilla, and therefore so is the game. I'm sure that must hold appeal (just not to me).

Save system is broken. The map only remembers the last stage when reloading an older save. Restarting the game doesn't help either.
Maps itself is just as broken, locations like Home and College start giving errors.
And after the scene with Hanna at her home I cannot progress further.

And first time player, but I don't understand the point? Just had the beach date with Anna and Rebecca that came out of left field? It was right after the prologue, there was zero buildup for it. Like, who are these girls, some introduction would be nice. Although based on the ending of that date it doesn't seem to matter. Narrator dude felt it needed to tell Anna and mc had crazy monkey sex (which we don't see), and then somehow Rebecca and mc had crazy monkey sex (which we don't see), and then there was some sharing (which we don't see) until it fizzled out. ..Ok? Show, don't tell, dumdum. Don't need an epilogue after one date, it's meaningless.
The tutor/date with Karine was also available right after the prologue with zero buildup.

Are these scene even supposed to happen right after the prologue (I am assuming here the prologue ends when the map becomes available)? Is the questing system game just broken?

Edit: starting from the beginning is definitely borked. Starting with the bookmark after the prologue everything seems to trigger ok.

It is all valid and it is helpful, I think someone mentioned this as well in the launch of the first version.
Most people assume that the title contains some irony, and the "Vanilla" means the opposite, but the idea is to be softcore, which might be appealing for some. "watersports"

It is going to be linear, because I'm just recreating stories that happened with me over the years, and since I'm not P.Diddy the game is vanilla .

The entire script of the game is already written, what I might do in the end is then create alternative scenarios to give more player choices. For now, you can choose the route, but it leads to the same destiny per say, there are some minor decisions points that lock and unlock some scenes, but it is linear at the moment.

Not a sandbox, you have some decisions along the way and you can navigate the map to choose where to go next, but all the roads lead to the same destiny. This is my First game so I'm still learning as I go, so I decided to make something not that complex... yet.

Thank you, I will double check the code, first time sailor here, so my code might have some issues.
If you start the game and select the latest content, it should send you to right after the racetrack scene, which was the last from 0.3. So you shouldn't miss any content.
