Both characters have to be corrupted enough for a taboo sexual relationship. It just happens quicker for the male MC. I have never heard of a game of corrupting someone into avoiding sex. At least not in a game I have ever seen.
It sounds to me like you will not be able to handle this game because there will be some unavoidable soft ntr and some avoidable soft ntr, along with other preventable fetishes. I am very hesitant about using the word Netorare (ntr) because at no time will the player be in danger of losing the female or male mc. However, there will be times when jealousy will be used to push the two MCs together.

It's just hard to tell what exactly is meant by "soft" ntr. It almost sounds like you're saying that just because it's only a temporary thing, by saying "at no point will the player ever be in danger of "losing" the other" I don't think that is actually the case but helps to clarify. Any actual sex act I don't think would be or should be considered soft but you never know, different people have different definitions. At the same time you could just be playing it ultra cautious and it's just some unwanted groping that you can stop before it goes further. Like I said, you never know.

As far as suggestions giving the female protag the power to decide who to engage with would be mine. I guess I'd say that for both of them though, if I can't decide who I like in a game it's hard to immerse myself I just end up losing interest and skipping through. It may as well be kinetic without player agency.
I don't like to tell developers how to do their game though. Think they should create a game they want to play that they're passionate about or it will never succeed longterm. However this will probably limit your audience significantly, depending on how important that is for you. *shrug*
pretty much my thoughts except i prefer lesbian to be avoidable as well i would sugest the dev put something about this in the op might stop some people from asking the question

Hello guys I just want to say that I am making a lot of changes to the planned game in accordance to recommendations I have received. I plan to have the first release out by the end of June and hope that it gets enough sponsors to keep it going after that.
