I used to be a developer on two World of Warcraft:WotLK private servers, two of the most popular servers, working in super complex 3.3.5 trinity core and blowing my brains out with SQL and shitty C++ in Notepad++ for 16 hours a day... So please... This shit is a walk in a park compared to that.
So let's be honest... A game of this type, made in this simple of an engine, using these pixel graphics... I don't know shit about RPG game engines and codes but they are 1,000 times easier than having to spend 16 hours a day, every day for 2 weeks, in Trinity, SQL and Notepad++, just to fix a single fucking bug - I won't even talk about adding custom features or anything into the game... That said, you could realistically code, design and finish the entire game, with I'm guessing probably about 100-120 poses in less than a week, maybe even two-three days, depending how simple and easy is to work with RPG game engines and codes.
This entire game is basically a touch/feel game with copy-paste pixelated images of body parts, touching pixelated drawings of a woman, in different poses. If the engine is really simple, I'm guessing you could, after making the game, probably just design new pixelated poses and then just copy-paste the touch-feel-fuck codes from other poses and micro-adjust placements for the new pose...
TLDR: Making an educated guess here that adding new poses is basically just a matter copy-pasting but since people who make porn games don't really care about making a well coded, mass content, 1-2GB+ pixelated game just so people can jerk off to it after playing 10-15min, they just make the basics, finish up the storyline (if any) and call it a day. Easy money...
I can't use the save, I think you need to provide the config and global files as well.

Honestly the game got potential, its definitely not final with all the bugs going on but two more patches and a few more extra scenes and this game is solid.

I just cannot understand the supposed appeal of male MC games.
I am already playing one 24/7 against my will, and the character's body is so boring.
Different sexes of the protagonist appeal to different aesthetics. For me - a straight male with dominant tendencies - I generally like when male protagonist games have a goal of exerting your will over hostile or captive females, and I like female protagonist games that allow you to optionally lead the girl into whichever naughty situations you like, especially if she's submissive. So exactly what the first commenter was railing against with all the "Nyeh! Why isn't this something I like? Nobody likes that! I know because I represent the collective will of all women who are apparently the target audience of this game! Nyeh!"
I think female protagonists are generally better for sandbox RPGs, especially with character customization and pregnancy mechanics, but a male protagonist allows me to play out my rapey power fantasies more directly. To that effect:
There are a lot of touching simulators with bondage or sleep rape as the premise; my favorite is Night Attack on Little Sis. And there are plenty of games where your little boy MC fights off horny ladies, but not nearly enough where your goal is to fuck them back, like in Succubus Affection. These are games that can get me off pretty easily, I think mainly because they aren't just the same game as an RPGM female corruption game that's been gender-swapped, but they actually make the player feel virile and dominant through the character's actions.
If you still don't get it, you might try a game like Breeders of the Nephelym, which allows you to play a custom character of either gender, and given the pregnancy-centric gameplay premise, there are logical game mechanics related to the sex of your avatar. This would allow you to play the same game from both sides and see which one you prefer. In the case of BotN, even though I think RPGs and life sims mostly do better with a female MC, I spent most of my time playing as a male character so I could grab and knock up all them bitches. It was fun.
