I used to be a developer on two World of Warcraft:WotLK private servers, two of the most popular servers, working in super complex 3.3.5 trinity core and blowing my brains out with SQL and shitty C++ in Notepad++ for 16 hours a day... So please... This shit is a walk in a park compared to that.
So let's be honest... A game of this type, made in this simple of an engine, using these pixel graphics... I don't know shit about RPG game engines and codes but they are 1,000 times easier than having to spend 16 hours a day, every day for 2 weeks, in Trinity, SQL and Notepad++, just to fix a single fucking bug - I won't even talk about adding custom features or anything into the game... That said, you could realistically code, design and finish the entire game, with I'm guessing probably about 100-120 poses in less than a week, maybe even two-three days, depending how simple and easy is to work with RPG game engines and codes.
This entire game is basically a touch/feel game with copy-paste pixelated images of body parts, touching pixelated drawings of a woman, in different poses. If the engine is really simple, I'm guessing you could, after making the game, probably just design new pixelated poses and then just copy-paste the touch-feel-fuck codes from other poses and micro-adjust placements for the new pose...
TLDR: Making an educated guess here that adding new poses is basically just a matter copy-pasting but since people who make porn games don't really care about making a well coded, mass content, 1-2GB+ pixelated game just so people can jerk off to it after playing 10-15min, they just make the basics, finish up the storyline (if any) and call it a day. Easy money...
