Am I the only one? And, how can I solve it?

I tried to extract and lunch the game with app locale, I also tried to donwload to different sources but it keep showing this error.

I recently solved this issue by finding sort of unrelated thread here:

The thread goes through a very extensive list of steps, but what basically helped me was using a different program to extract files!
Use winrar for android and make sure you change locale in it to Japanese (theres instruction for that in thread i linked).

After that the game worked fine for me! Rest of the steps in that thread were unnecessary.

Are you trying to do it before doing the final scene? There's your problem.
