Seems to me that there wouldn't be much of a point in updating the engine if no new content was being planned. If there's no new content in 3.0.0, then there probably will be later on.
Oh then I probably wouldn't be able to my saves is from 2.5.0 non-modded.
Since updating to windows 10, my heart icon in conversation dialogue has errors like this. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any fix?

You should be able to use it, it's usually only the bigger updates that have issues (like 2.4 to 2.5).
Yes, try installing the Japanese language pack.

Does anyone know what are the changed conditions for the "nurse" scenes to occur? Also, what are the extra added h scenes in the 2.5.2 update?

No new scenes. Own the nurses clothes, maybe the hat too. End the day working with Sylvie, if you have at least two hundred lust (six for the high lust variation) you should get the scene. The translated memory guide back here.

The pre patched games are 7z files, if your not using it try 7Zip. Or look in przemo's MEGA folder for a patch and the game as just zips.
