3.0.22 is the latest version with a English translation, maybe now 4.β is 4.0 and not a beta they'll think about switching.

Speaking of which, if I understand the instructions correctly all I need to do is download the game from the Workupload link, run it once and than exit and apply the patch from

The Workupload link has the game ran and half patched already. You just need to install the main (fix_TF) patch, then mods then the custom clothes if you want them.

Thank you! There was another 4.0 version uploaded to Anonfiles, while I appreciate the effort I don't understand why people keep uploading to that site, its incredibly slow.
Two reasons. Firstly, some of the other sites have download number limits (example Google Drive) or horrible daily download limits (like Mega) or some other thing that prevents people from downloading. Anon does not. Secondly Anon isn't actually slow all the time. It depends on their load at the time. I have had mixed results with anything from glacially slow to very fast indeed from them.
So Anon is a really good backup option for when all else fails that some times surprises us by being actually good.

In so far as this post there is only v2.5.2 available in the OP. Sure you can piece together a working translated, enough to be playable, copy of v3.0.22 from the MEGA links, but why not upload a copy patched and ready to go in the OP?
Been a while once more since I came back here. Any links to the latest and updated English Android version of this? (Preferably with mods added already but base game is fine too, I guess.)
Since it seems that 4.0 will take a long while to be translated to English, much less ported to Android version.

I checked out the raw v4.0.0. There are some differences: Sylvie's art design has changed a little, she has lighter colored hair and scars, slightly different scar positions, eyes are very different, and slightly darker nipples. That is not a exhaustive list, as I could miss any number of differences.
The closet has changed dramatically, much more varied color options and new clothes,
even preset color options. (as shown on the upper right side)
Last but not least, I hope this dispels the idea that this update is just clothes, there is a new sex position 'standing doggy', here are quite a few images of it and a new scene:
In case you didn't notice Sylvie is wearing a bra during sex. this counts far all positions. You can still remove it during or before sex, in the closet.
The last version I've played is 3.0.22. If any of this content has showed up in a earlier update, I missed it. This is only what I've found so far, not everything. There, that's a big post full of images to show off the content, took awhile but here you go.
