If your looking at the opening posts change log, that's the bug fixes from the (older) patch. There's no new scenes.

I downloaded the game with transfix, the menu is in english however when I hover above a button it turns into japanese and whenever I start a game. Am I dumb and there's an english button or did I miss something else?

Game has been going on for a while, is the game packed with a full/complete story, or is it in a cliffhanger/never ending kind of thing with no proper ending yet?

I know the game isn't listed as "Complete", but a lot of games do tend to do various things like have a finished story but add on more events for during the game and such.
