I downloaded the modded version and when I launch it it just says "loading tyrano script" with a black screen. Anyone know what's happening?

Can confirm it works just fine. You might want to try moving it to C: or the desktop (anything to shorten the filepath as Tyrano seems to be real testy about long ones), re-extracting it (making sure to use 7-zip), or just straight up redownloading it.
If you still have trouble I recommend applying a patch to the clean game yourself as it's not as difficult as it may sound.
These are all the common fixes for such issues. We should probably add an FAQ/troubleshooting section to the opening post.

How do I trigger the longing scenes? It says not to go to bed with her for a few days when she asks, but she has yet to ask, and when I click on her status it says shes longing for skinship, but nothing is triggering...
I took her to the bed and I could do a new position, but there wasnt any scene like the others. Will it just trigger like the others and I just have to keep waiting? Or am I missing something?
EDIT: Literally the next day I went to sleep without doing anything and the scene triggered. So yea, it's literally just a waiting game lol.

Yeah man. Just keep waiting. If you're having trouble keeping her lust up, just try some finger sucking and/or putting it in lustier mode. They won't trigger if the lust between you drops below 5, I think it is.
(I think it's better to build your relationship with Sylvie naturally than to ask a bunch of creeps on a forum, but there you go.)

If it doesn't say +mods top of the games window then you have the transfix patch that doesn't include the mods.
i downloaded the modded version start a new game and eventualy the +mods on the window disappears

Oh yeah your right. I can still boop Sylvie's nose though so the mods should be still working.

Is there a download link for MacBook/anyway to download this game on Mac and how to run it without Wine etc? I've been looking everywhere, only got links for windows.

Edit: Nevermind I was able to download it, but I am unable to run the game with the start.command. It would say "Permission denied" in the Terminal every time I double clicked the start.command in the file. I'm guessing its because my Mac is running the Catalina version seeing that the TeachingFeeling app in the file says it needs to be updated whenever I double click it. Is there anything I can do without downgrading or using a parallel desktop or do I just wait until the game can support 64bit?

I ran into a bug that crashes the game after being able to go to the cafe when going out.
After the waitress finishes talking it crashes here
I have downloaded the latest modded version of the game and installed it on the desktop.

The mods are built into the modded transfix patch, the game in the opening post labelled as with mod has it already installed. If you already have 2.5.2 with prezmo's unmodded transfix patch you can get just the modded patch here.
Info about 3.0.0 back here. But it probably won't be soon, and probably won't be much more than a engine upgrade.
