I downloaded the modded file twice from MEGA and it isn't working, can someone help me? This happens when I extract files.

The prepatched games are .7z files extract them using 7Zip to avoid errors, some one suggested before you could instead try shorting the file name. Otherwise look back here for plain zips any program can extract.
