No you need the completely unpatched game from przemo's MEGA folder (Teaching_Feeling_252.zip). The unmodded game in the opening post is patched, but with the patch that doesn't have the mods.

That's just a small bug fix for przemo's modded patch, only it needs it. If you use tfpatchguy's patch only use the things from their MEGA, except for getting the base game from przemo's.

Games with przemo's patches already installed are link in the opening post. If you pick the modded one (with extra mods) you'll need the small bug fix below it, to make things a bit simpler I uploaded my fixed copy of the modded game back here.
The opening posts games are .7z files so you'll probably need to use 7Zip to extract them with no errors, or use mine.

You could go to the DLsite page for the game and buy it. Then you'll always have the latest version.
Then go to TFpatchguy's MEGA for the latest translation patch.
So I'm new to this forum, I've been trolling through it to see if I can find out why when there is any animation on screen the game's frame rate tanks. Haven't been able to find a definitive answer to why it does that or how to fix it. So I just figured I'd ask to see whats up?
Nevermind, I figured out the issue. Apparently the game doesn't run well above 1080p. I've got a 4K monitor so thats what is. I'll just switch to 1080p when I want to play from now on.

This game has been around for years. You've probably cummed inside your Sylvie Waifu over a thousand times. Yet she has never gotten pregnant? Video game logic man. Sometimes it baffles me.

Given what she's been through I wouldn't be surprised if Sylvie can't get pregnant. It's been said before that Ray confirmed she can't, but I've not seen the actual source.
I'm so confused, what's the difference between this and tfpatchguy's? All that is mentioned is "tfpatchguy's gets more regular tweaking done, and is currently more decensored".

It's not video game logic. Look into Sylvie's past and symptoms. You are a doctor after all.
If you haven't been diagnosing and trying to treat Sylvie you probably didn't play the game correctly.
The game lets you play a doctor. That doesn't mean I am a doctor, but I do have common sense. I've never read anything other than that Sylvia had surface burns, and common sense says surface burns don't prevent pregnancy. That's all the medical information I've ever seen in this game. Maybe I played a much older build with less information? It was some time ago. I also know I've played the game correctly, because I've never had Sylvie die on me. The correct choices were very obvious. Why would I not take good care of my new ward/slave? I only know she can die because other people made the wrong choices.

You can tell much more than surface burns by her features, age, personal accounts of history, and her manner of speech.

Maybe I've simply looked too much into it, but Sylvie isn't really an example of anime or video game logic.
The game has a whole new level when you consider Sylvie's physiological an psychological condition beyond "she has scars".
You might have breezed past the opening, but you apparently missed out on the main draw of the early game.
Probably only cared about it for the porn and jumped straight into remorselessly having sex with her too.
Sylvie and her little game are perfect if you have an interest in the medical field.
An experience spoiled if you've played the game for months or years without considering that angle.

Honestly, it really doesn't matter and I don't care that much to continue arguing about it with you since you insist on talking trash about me and defending the game against a harmless joke. You can continue to take my joke seriously, that's your personal problem.
I'm fine if the dev simply does not want to implement it. That's his choice. Though I am surprised nobody has made a mod for it - at least none I've found.

I'm not really arguing nor trying to defend the game from a nonexistent attack. Merely trying to explain why I think the game is deeper than it's simple mechanics might make it seem and that it can be easily spoiled by careless play. Fair enough though, I was getting rude about it.
Or maybe her body hasn't reached full puberty yet. She doesn't get menstruation either.

I compressed it as a zip so you can use whatever you want.
That was kind of my theory, her growth was stunted by malnutrition. And her last master liked hurting her.
