I'm a little confused, is there a version where the menus etc are translated? It's impossible to navigate the clothing menus, naughty menus are all japanese.

The 3.0.22 version, only a small part of it wasn't translated when 4.0 appeared and changed it all up again. 3.0.22 also has all the mods, a full decensor and tweaks etc.

If you stop touching her, she will eventually start begging you and then rape you if you deny her enough. Then the cycle starts over.

Look here for links to the change log and a description. 4.0.6 only has a early stage translation patch as the opening post says, a lot of untranslated UI no mods or decensor.

Make sure you have one of the newer ports, otherwise you probably need to give more info for any chance of help from someone who knows about it.
