It seems like the pinned walkthrough is outdated. In order to avoid bad ending, you probably need 50 trust and 50 love points, instead of 5 trust and 50 love points (I could not confirm though, but I basically passed the game with 90+ love and 50+ trust point).
Basically you need to talk to her and pat her head instead of just simply patting her. Going out and give her pancakes to eat will boost the love and trust point at same time, so spam these when you can go out.

Is there a patch for touching her or something? or is it because I'm at the patting part that I cannot do anything else aside from pat her?

A bit after passing the test of head patting (and talking etc) Sylvie should offer sex, after the first time event you can pick "to bed" at night for that interactive sex. If you turn down Sylvie "to bed" will trigger the first time event.

Hey, it's little bit confusing so I want to make sure of something. If I want to download 3.0.22 version, do I only get vanilla translated version or I already get full modded + translated version? Assuming it's not modded yet, then where do I find that most popular mod lists? And how to install it?

Ah, those are base game and I think should unlock about the same time as sex. Boop and spank are from the mod pack, not available for the 4.0.6 version.
The with everything version in the opening has (well it had) everything already installed. There has been small updates to tfpatchguys packs since it was posted and some one from here made their own mod pack, the more info link under the download has links and instructions.

There is The 3.0 version with most mods but there is a newer 4.0 version with other mods, don't think you can conjoin the two
