To be fair, rather than an update what this game needs right now is a proper translation for the latest versions...

I want to know if there is a newer version of the plugin for translation. I plan to use it to translate another work by Ray-Kbys, titled "Cause Curse." However, the plugin is partially incompatible with this game, and the incompatible parts are very important. So, I would like to know if there is an updated version of the plugin, or if there is a version of the plugin specifically for "Cause Curse."

what do you exactly mean? this game doesn't have an ending or your stuck in a day long headpats?
if your wondering if there's an ending yes only 1 (if you forced your self on her) after nursing her and she lived there's no more ending its an infinite gameplay
As For Day Long Head-pats make sure you disabled auto in top right button

Cheats get entered in the say bar, when it appears. 4.0.6 also has the quick start which can do some of the same things to make restarting quicker.

anyone can help with the 4.06+mod translations? very few sentences/icons are translated even after "apply patch"
