All the mods around are already installed to the with everything 3.0.22 game in the opening post. There are no mods for 4.0.6, see the post linked under it's downloads.

The patch has been updated, see the post linked under it's downloads and the NEW STUFF part. The game might be getting a update before the end of this year.

The patch from tfpatchguy is in his MEGA folder, but there's also a UI patch someone posted here. Links are in that post.

There's a version of 3.0.19 with some of Sylvie's scars edited out.
Thanks!!, I hope they update the translation and able to ported it on mobile version tho or just make it like an option because if I remember something that The blue flower in game can heal stuff like scars or some stuff

Hi, I just wanted to ask some questions about latest version.
How does it (and its translation, mods etc) compare to 3.0.22? Is it worth and playable for someone who doesn't know japanese? I got the previous version modded and fully working, I was wondering if I should wait more or update now.

There are no mods for 4.0.6 . I would still stick to 3.0.22 with all its extras if you only want one version around, unless you really like the newer...

It should be playable as the main issue seemed to be the expanded sex UI.
