The latest version of the game is 4.0.6. in the opening post with a old version of the WIP translation installed. The latest version with a pretty much complete translation and all the extras is 3.0.22 under it.

Chinese mod called 希尔薇の交配计划, although I call these things overhauls as they're the whole game not something you install to it. It's the one that tfpatchguy took the door scene from. ...Ferrum has a green hat for some reason.

I've heard of a few mods but I'm not having any luck finding them : (
I've been looking for one where you get to bath with her, and one that I think is called Hysterical or Hysteria?
If anyone knows where those are or any other recommended mods, I'd be very great full!

Available mods are already installed to 3.0.22, 4.0.6 has no mods. 3.0.22 has the bath and (with the hysteria scene) the yandere mod, it should come with a text file about the mod pack.

The translation patch probably comes first before converting mods to install over it, and the 4.0.6 one is a WIP. The patch make apparently had a rough year, and now there's the threat of another game update at the end of the year.
