I'd like to give a short review of the game and for ease of reading, I've segregated into various subsections. Here goes:
1) Story - The story is quite simplistic as is for all games like these, so we're seeing the mom-sis-MC template minus the dad who mysteriously disappeared/died. Nothing wrong in it but from this point on the story moves at a decent pace. MC's mom is a doctor and she wishes her son to pursue the same path. She is a career woman yet her motherly instincts are shown through very specific dialogues. Sister is younger to MC so she's naive, innocent and curious. The dialogue lends bit of organic or real feel for the characters which draws you into the game. It is not up to the level of Milfy City or Dreams of Desire but still decent enough to keep you engaged. Other side characters are well thought except for Angela who's definitely a cougar.

2) UI - UI is very simplistic and typical of Ren'Py games so not much to complain if you're a fan of Ren'Py (which I'm!). The stats console accessible throughout the game quickly allows to review the player stats which is a neat feature. I'd suggest the devs add a hint system so that the MC can pursue one character over other which is done in case of Linda but it would be great to see it for other characters as well as the story develops. The character renders are fantastic and the sound effects are on point most of the time but there are a couple of instances where the moans seem out of place. Except for the black patient woman who seems out of proportion, most characters are believable. Minor suggestion is to not accentuate the female bodies in every clothing and every frame. Let it not be snug all the time. It can be comfort fit at most and snug at *special* times.

3) i-Events - The intimacy moments are pretty decent and go well with the flow except for the dream sequences which for me felt weird. I understand this is a porn game but no one starts dreaming about their sis or mom the 2nd day the saw them naked. This can be built gradually. As others have said already the mom scenes arrive quickly compared to sisters' but I felt it a natural progression of the character arc. She might get into guilt, shame and battle with lust and morality (like in Milfy City's Linda) but that's up to the devs to include this conflict in mom. One minor suggestion is include some repeatable events once the stat threshold is high enough. Overall, pleased with the i-Events.

Overall, 12/15 points in total makes this a very promising game. Adding more *organic/real-world* feel to the character-MC interactions especially with mom and sister would make this game even more enticing. Mom's bust could be trimmed down a little to make it more believable. Improved sound effects and engaging story would make this a winner. Good luck to the devs and waiting for the next update!

There's a possibility of one scene but the game isn't designed to have NTR content, at least that's what I found playing its 3 versions.

Good update @Mr.N I sure do love things being sexy with Jen (Mom), very glad that the first time didn't result into "last night was a mistake, lets forget it ever happened" and then take 10 updates for them to some pretending that they don't want each other, I'm glad they talked it through the next morning and, well, now they're hitting it apparently all the time, hell yeah 
Still waiting for things to get as sexy with the sis though, but with Mom around I ain't blue-balled waiting for sis

Not too pick on Germany again but isn't 16 about the the age for a girl's first piss orgy there. Hahahahaha. I know age of consent is lower compared too most places but they also have a different ratings system there for games/movies. To me really, it's just the overall fact Germany is way more open about sexuality and that shows in it's rating system. We have movies rated 18A that are 12 - 14 plus by German ranking standards.
Remember porn and erotica are two different things. Porn can be erotic. Erotica can be porn. Porn shows sexual situations to get you off. Erotica can just stimulate or suggest certain acts to get you off. Just because there isn't actual sex doesn't mean it isn't/can't be highly sexual and erotic. 50 Shades may not be porn but it's as damn close as it gets without an X tag. And I'm pretty sure there was a lot of controversy and discussion over it's rating when it came out. It's alot more sexual in nature and erotic then say, a Porky's type flick, but it carries the same rating in Germany. Watch them both and see which ones makes it move a little.

All the good sites to get the bot are gone, all that's left is this crappy one. Probably wouldn't admit to it being you anyway, potential legal issue's with Zynga and all... but with so many random names to choose from, I doubt coincidence.
