It's not so much cheating as body type being independent of fitness. You have to manually adjust what you think you should look like.

Not true. There is a setting that makes your body change according to your fitness level.

They have that for the events, but not the sex scenes. I suppose you can always pretend that the male is the one getting put in their place.
