But later after re-installed it, I found my saves were still right there, as if saves were but memory which cannot be wiped easily. So is this an issue related to VRAM?

I use the default skin for my character and the other NPCs. The error occurs for all characters with the default skin. But, as I said, only after a certain amount of time in the game.

Make sure all custom skin textures are the same size, I use 2048 although the default textures are 4096 so when going through the import list clicking on one to the other might set off the issue. More Memory on the GPU helps, it happens to me rarely since I got a Pc with a dedicated GPU, but happened every session with my older integrated graphics.last resort save close game then restart. Maybe you could have all skin textures at 4096 so that the custom ones match the default texture size, a scene where you meet npc in the same place with 2048 and 4096 texures can sometime trigger the white texture smears,also try to compress the jpeg textures to 90 percent quality to free up more memory.

OK, another attempt, and failed again.
This time. a pure lesbian routine is not feasible, either! Maybe you're right. This is a gaming issue, not a script issue.
I does suck, I have tried playing a female or futa character but could almost never do lesbian stuff.
The only way to make it work sometimes is make my female straight and only then could I do l lesbian scenes.
This game has had issues with playing a female character for a while. First issue I had was having my girl fuck a dude and telling them to 'pull out' but still do only for the game to hard crash every time. It was fixed after much begging and pin-pointing where the issue is.
I at least never have issues with male stuff, though I never go gay or bisexual.
There have been so many bugs in this game that never got fixed, well before the last release (which was in April 2023...)
No, there were a lot of updates to the game since the modder for it disappeared. Most of what was in it was added to the pregnancy module within the game anyway.
