LifePlay\LifePlay\Content\ModulesI’m trying to use some of Ravenger6660 mods, and they require the Vampire_Skins.zip file. The zip only contains .jpg files, and I’m not sure where I’m supposed to put them or how to install them properly.
Do these go in a specific folder to overwrite existing textures? Any help would be appreciated!
find out for yourselfI am giving a try again to this game, but i did not know that it get abandoned, anyone knows why and this game still worth to play it?
Unlike many abandoned, it's not incomplete - it's not a game meant to have a finish. It does have a lot of unfixed bugs, though.I am giving a try again to this game, but i did not know that it get abandoned, anyone knows why and this game still worth to play it?
I'll try that, thanksLifePlay\LifePlay\Content\Modules
From what I understand the code is so convoluted and with everything being written over, etc it's pretty much FUBAR. There were bugs that had been around a while before the last update that were never fixed.Okay guys we have to admit vinfamy will never come back, maybe we should create our own game based with his codes i have many ideas and im pretty sure im not the only one, i've seen many great mods from you guys and characters that you have created, so if there some serious and investors people im ready to hear it from y'all
Oh righttttttt, then create our own using our own codes i don't say it easier i actually tried and never couldn't but damn i really want to do itFrom what I understand the code is so convoluted and with everything being written over, etc it's pretty much FUBAR. the problem is that vinfammy doesn't share the code, sure it's FUBAR for him, give the code to the internet and watch people make a github to fix it.From what I understand the code is so convoluted and with everything being written over, etc it's pretty much FUBAR. Maybe it all became to much for him or maybe he ended up in a relationship. There could be a very small chance that he could come back but i doubt it.It seems pretty likely he's no longer alive.
In some US states murder is mandatory life with no chance of parole ever and could be execution.Ultimately, this is just speculation, but at least for me, it's the most plausible explanation without having to declare him dead:
If he had income from Patreon, etc., and perhaps even more than he expected, then he almost certainly made a mistake that would very likely have happened to any of us. And that would be failing to pay taxes on that income. If you're really rich, it's somehow not as bad as when an average person does it. Because above a certain amount of taxes, it's no longer just about paying the sum back, but also about how long you have to go to prison for it.
Because unfortunately, in every country in the world, stealing from the state is worse than, for example, murder.
I think that's probably the best option for everyone involved in this situation. But what I'm reading between the lines is that he probably made more money from it than we can all imagine. And I don't know any woman who would have a problem with her boyfriend programming a sex game if it ended up making money. They would only have a problem with it if their boyfriend invested more money in the project than he ultimately got back.Maybe it all became to much for him or maybe he ended up in a relationship. There could be a very small chance that he could come back but i doubt it.
Those are just a few exceptions, though. I'm from Germany, for example. Here, there are only prison sentences. And here, the prison sentences for tax evasion are definitely higher in proportion to the severity of the crime than if I had killed someone. For example, the maximum sentence for manslaughter is 8 years in prison. But for 700,000 euros in tax evasion, you're looking at at least (emphasis on at least) 7 years in prison. The only exception is if you're a public figure, like Mr. Uli Hoeneß. For me, his case is one of the biggest scandals of this century. If he had appealed back then and his documents had been properly reviewed, he would most likely have received a life sentence. Because there were so many documents that a team of 3 tax auditors would have needed several years to examine them. That's several years for all the documents that Mr. Hoeneß generated in just one year. But he didn't properly declare his taxes for a total of 10 years. That would also have caused a pretty massive political earthquake. But if you regularly have coffee with the Chancellor, then you only get 3 years in prison for something like that. Others go to jail for 7 years for 700,000 euros. In some US states murder is mandatory life with no chance of parole ever and could be execution.
He was either in Germany or the UK. I would say Germany more likely given there were lots of spelling/grammatical errors. Something unlikely for someone educated with English as their 1st language. Those are just a few exceptions, though. I'm from Germany, for example. Here, there are only prison sentences. But in the end, I don't want to have this discussion here either. Because it simply doesn't belong here. I only wanted to use this topic to say that it could also be a possible reason why the inventor of this game is no longer responding. Because if I had the choice between standing by the game, but having to go to prison for taxes, or denying the game (and therefore not making any money) but remaining free, I would always choose freedom.
Okay, of course, it also depends on how long I would have to go to prison and how much money would still be left after the prison sentence. But fundamentally, freedom is a higher good for me than money.
