This update is about Elise and Mathilde.
I finally got rid of their crappy animations and rushed corruption buildups.

i'd usually be iffy about event reworks but considering the last one was honestly pretty good i'm honestly looking forward to it rather than dreading it like the usual reworks in games

So far a lot of good feedbacks telling me the new Elise's personality and resistance to the MC's attempts make her one of the most realistic char in the game.

A few were surprised about how I changed the way to get into Mathilde's panties, and despite loving it, warned me there's gonna be a heated debate on F95 on that matter.

Overall a very well received update, I'm correcting a few bugs before it gets leaked here so everyone will play a clean version.

I liked the last few updates of the game so I subbed for a bit, can't promise to stick around but the game's schedule and quality have been solid so it felt justified.

Life's Payback - v1.7.1​

Hey guys, I hope these 5 extra days weren't too hard to bear!


Elise and Mathilde have suffered from poor animation quality since the first versions.

For example, Elise had the worst animation of the whole game (the facefuck in the classroom)

Fortunately, it was finally their turn to receive an update so I was able to improve the existing animations and make a few others.

Also, their stories were really rushed. Once you spotted Elise helping Mathilde cheat, you basically could blackmail her on that single fact to unlock 5 scenes with her.

Where's the corruption buildup in this? It had to get some changes.

On the other hand, the second part of their arc (once you unlock their home) was pretty good, so I have made Elise and Mathilde way more resistant to the MC's first attempts, by adjusting their first quests.

I also had 5 extra days to work on that update compared to the other updates. I am honestly not sure if you will be able to see the difference, so I would appreciate any feedback about the length of this update.

Lastly, if you didn't read my public posts, you guys will have to vote in a few days to tell me if you want to stick to the 14 days update formula, or if you liked all the in-between events I've added between the sex scenes in this update, to make them feel more rewarding.

If you feel like I should make more animations and less quests leading to them, this is also a possibility if you're seduced by the 3 weeks update idea but would like to have it done differently.

Before voting in a few days, keep in mind this was a 19 days update, not a 21 days one. Two extra days could give you one or two more animations, or a fair amount of quests leading to one of them.

"Yo bruh does anyone have a full save ? Please bruh I lost my computer and some airplane crashed into my garden so I can't load my old save" :
- A full save feature was added. Start a new game and choose that option if you're not interested in the game and just want to walk around and see the sex scenes



Elise :

- 18 new quests

- 1 SFW scene including 1 animation

- 1 scene including 1 animation

- 1 scene including 4 animations

- 1 scene including 2 animations

- 1 scene including 1 animation and 2 angles



Mathilde :

- 13 new quests

- 1 SFW scene including 1 animation

- 1 scene including 1 animation

- 1 scene including 2 animations and 2 angles

- 1 scene including 1 animation and 2 angles



Elise & Mathilde:

- Reworked the lighting/shading of the renders of their home

- Updated hundreds of lines of dialogues to match their new personalities



Miscellaneous:

- 1 new location

- 1 new minigame

- An old character's model is back as a NPC, and will become a LI in the future

- Fixed a bug forcing you to save then load the save to have the new quests showing in the relationship menu



Belle :

- Fixed a bug preventing you from progressing with her if you ended the lesbian scene with the "Above view"

- Fixed a bug allowing you to progress to a certain point with Mathilde while you were supposed to progress with Elise first
- Fixed a bug locking you in Elise's Home if you went there before completing a specific quest


Lilianne :
- Fixed a bug showing you an old version of Lilianne in your bedroom in the evening, resulting in a fatal error if you clicked on her


School :
- Fixed a bug allowing you to go Diana's office whereas the school is closed, resulting in a blank screen.

Ah yes, I see. I can relate to that sometimes, because my internet likes to play jokes on me especially when I release updates. I am surprised it didn't ruin my nerves today. Must be a first...

For a sizeable portion, it probably is if they have a cap, or bad speeds, or just not much storage space. Also, when I'm cutting 80% of the file size down compressing, sounds like it could be optimized some.

I gotta ask... Why is the difference between Android and PC that abysmal? 5 gb vs 50 mb for apk? Is there a catch, some obb to download or is apk a 360p build?
