Life's Payback - v1.5 (changelog)
Damn, this version is something else.
My back hurts from that chair, but I've got something juicy to deliver today.
Therefore, the subgoal has been adapted accordingly.
So basically, what happened is Sarah won the poll out of nowhere.
She's one of the most unpopular character and yet, I had put her in the poll to fill it with more options and would have never guessed she'd win.
Which is actually great because she only had two animations.
The thing is her story was basically tutoring in the pool get a titjob and that's it.
I was unhappy with Sarah's model, she looked more like a 32 years old woman hitting the gym than a young student homeschooled.
So I made the decision to change her 3D model. But don't worry, this time I'm keeping her old animations and update them to the new model, except one transfered to another character for story purpose. So you don't lose content.
According to me, it fits way more to her character, you guys will tell me after you've played all the 19 new quests for her (yes).
She's having the angle of her winning scene changed because the POV was just a failure and I didn't want to deliver this. The scene is still fire tho.
The thing is it just took me a lot of time so I'm delaying the Belle scene for the next version.

What is the BIG and HUGE (as my c) difference between this game and every generic 3D game I saw? The shadows. The light and shadows are the pilar of a good looking 3d game. Compare Scenarios from Final Fantasy Tactics PS1 and FFT Advance, or simply make a simple 3D scenario in Unity or Unreal and remove every shadow (or simply don't generate them), the game will feel like shit. Play minecraft with 100% brightness, then play with low settings, then with High and AO. That is my theory, the lights and shadows makes the difference between a GOOD 3D environment and a bad one.
I think the appearance is better she actually looks like a student now but I think the old BJ scenes was superior
Totally agree! The scene with BJ was great. And as for the looks, I just like short hair (This is purely my personal taste)

I was patiently waiting for the first comment about how they prefer the old model, it didn't take long.
I highly disagree, Sarah fits WAY more her role in her current state.

Scene came on and I was wondering what's familiar. Then it progressed and I realized it had that classic OVERWERK feel. Not my favorite of theirs but i do really like Daybreak
