I have a question about a scene and I'm not sure if it's a fever dream or a real scene.
Since you can talk about your sexual (anal) preferences, there's a scene where the siblings have a bottle of lube where Marcy helps Dennise and sticks her finger up her butt, that's more of a dialog I can't get because my old save game is gone and I'm not sure what all I chose to get that, even with cheats I can't find it.

I have always played for free, but if I am not mistaken, this is the final update, and I believe the developers deserve a subscription for this awesome game.

About 4 years too late.
You notice that the beta has been in testing for nearly a week and there have been no leaks to F95 during that time. Not even simply images.
That's because only a very small handful of vetted and trusted players are allowed to test the beta. That way NaughtyRoad address the bugfixes before the public release is made available by him for free.
NaughtyRoad is the solo developer - so if you believe he deserves a subscription, please feel free.

Maybe not, the poll to join when it closed said to send a patreon DM to Naughtyroad if someone wanted to join in late but that was around 4th of Dec, although the stable might be coming out soon depending on tomorrows weekly progress update.
Don't think this is the "Final" (game is done) update, what you might have confused with that is that the chapter 1-7 portion of the game (what is released now) is not gonna be updated to be single Chapter 1-8 game instead Chapter 8 is gonna be released has a separate game, because if i remember right the engine was struggling with all the stuff from chapter 1 to 7.

To build a relationship on discord with NaughtyRoad for him to select you to test the beta.
If you know what I am saying, then I don't understand why you think by simply subscribing that you'd get access to the beta.
Only a very select number of subscribers --- not all of them --- get access to beta test. They can request via that poll that was mentioned - but that doesn't guarantee them the access. (Unless NaughtyRoad has changed is M.O. for this release and has other ways of ensuring the trust of the players)
Again, the reason why we haven't seen a leak is because of the selectivity and caution of NaughtyRoad in choosing testers. See last year's message from him about people subscribing with hopes to play the last beta:
Why are you talking to me about leak? I'm a coder for another dev, do you really think I want to leak another dev's work?
I just wanted to reward the work of another dev and if possible get a bonus on the beta, why are you deflecting the subject, I don't understand.

I am not deflecting the subject --- you aren't being clear in your request and query.
The structure of your sentences in how you are phrasing your comments implies you want to subscribe in order to get access to the beta. Something only very few subscribers get. Not every subscriber gets access to the beta. That is why I have tried to dissuade you from subscribing because of that implication.
If you are simply meaning you want to subscribe to NaughtyRoad - please feel free to. He has put in over 3000 hours on this update, alone, and more than 10,000 hours on the entire VN over the course of development.
But you wouldn't get access to the beta for that subscription.
Everyone, whether they subscribe or not, will get access to the public version of the VN when the developer makes it available after he fixes any bugs found by the small team of trusted subscribers who play the beta.

Not for nothing but last go round I subbed to the Patreon to get beta access and was easily able to do so with no history on here or the Discord.
I obviously didn't leak it either but it's not as arduous as you're making it out to be in my experience.

I've been subscribing for about 3 years, I think, although it's a low level, but the creator is a pretty good and nice person. He gave version 0.7 to me on my birthday when the beta was going to be released and I still thank him for it
