This is one of the very few games I will never complain about slower development on. The updates are always great and Naughty is awesome. Looking forward to the full release of Chapter 8 in 2050 lol

This week in one sentence: the beta for chapter 8 has started, and that leaves me a week or so to wrap up the final content, fix whatever comes out of testing, and prepare to release chapter 8 to the public, just in time for the holidays if all goes well.

Escape From Ivy And Piper and Android Life got updated last month, What A Legend just got an update after literally years, and Aurelia is supposed to leave beta.
It's a good time for H games in general IMHO ^^

Or are you just being sarcastic? Still, it's a good mentality for creators to stick to. Most critics/rudeboys haven't tried to create anything. When actual devs/creative people comment, they're usually more respectful because they understand the struggle, wish more people would try to be like that.

My remarks from yesterday were already deleted because of rule 2.7, I think. It must have been to lengthy of a complaint. But, if truth is length, oops! The game was going good then Oops, I think I will take more than a year to update. Sorry that life happened. Then maybe someone else can take over the game! That is one reason I do not contribute. I contribute for results, not gaslighting.

Developer has been very open since day one of development that it is a long time between updates but that they are full of content. The game is currently near 50 hours of gameplay if a player has the characters seek relationships with all eligible women.
The F95 mods are very clear about this in the first post of the thread:

The developer posts weekly progress charts on their official communication platform, discord. The latest was shared here just a few days ago by a fan https://f95zone.to/threads/light-of-my-life-ch-1-7-v1-0-1-naughty-road.29628/post-15602759 in the lower right corner you'll see that the developer has logged over 2900 hours working on the coming update over the last 17 months.
The developer has consistently put in over 2000, sometimes over 2500, hours per year working on this game. And this isnt even his job. He also works full time so he can pay the bills and provide for his family.
Chapter 7 update took more than 19 months.
Chapter 6 update took about a year.
Chapter 5 update took about 9 months or so.
The developer gives the game away to everyone for free - no contribution required, but subscriptions have been welcome. But those subscriptions give other perks having nothing to do with access to the game. And the dangling of a contribution as a carrot has never enticed the developer to do a player's bidding. If you have issues with waiting for updates, I recommend only playing games with the completed status on f95. There are nearly 10,000 of them and you could play a different one each day, never needing to play the same completed game twice for more than 25 years.

The funniest part is that that guy mentioned Summertime Saga as a good example of a game that takes too long between updates. That comment is also 2 years old btw
