I'll take that bet. Whoever loses has to delete his account(s) and never return to f95zone dot to. But, given you think a year and and a half is close enough to claim it's been nearly two years, we need to set some ground rules. Chapter 7 drops, we take that date, add 3 to the year, and that's the cutoff date for the bet.

If it takes a long time it takes a long time. You can accept that fact or you can't. Some people are willing to wait a long time for something they really like while others are not. Ofcourse the occultist bear fuckin trebuchet simps (mods can I get a namechange?) in this thread are the most vocal. They like the game and are hyped for the coming release because they know it is a good product, given the state of the game it is in, at this moment. If they wouldn't care they wouldn't post in this thread.

Simple entitlement, this is what happens to kids that grew up getting everything they want since that's the only way they shut the fuck up. Also it's the internet, everyone can be whatever they want behind a name and a picture, they just chose to be dicks, easy block.
Dude, The dialog, the plot, the renders, and the story are very well done. This is probably one of the best games on this type of platform. I was missing the game and did check in once in a while but I am very excited that another update is finally comming out soon! The excitement is brigging in all sorts of randoms lol.

Yep. The most interesting discussions tend to arise when the release date nears - or as soon as the game releases and there is a patron-only window. Absolutely unbiased arguments about lazyness and dairy products, patron tiers worth, ethics and morality, heroism and seafaring, so on and so forth. You said the exact reason people get irritated. The hateful comments. This thread is very pleasant to post in 90% of the time. Not "fanboys", simply people who like the game and are willing to wait for it, the same as it's always been. I'd bet most of us are not patrons. I am not. It's a free game, there is no reason to pay unless you want to.
But certain people, the ones who post hateful comments, only post in this thread to stir up controversy and troll. Even if they actually like the game too, such as the last person who came in (you can see in my quoted comments above).
All because they cannot stand this game takes a long time to update.
When this next update is good, like all the others have been, those people will magically vanish...until they decide to stir up controversy when the next update also takes a long time to complete. It's entitlement and being toxic...all because a free porn game takes too long to update.

They're so fucking annoying I really wish these forums had heavier handed moderation for shitting up threads. Or a two thread per game policy where 1 was specifically for airing "grievances". So those of us that follow threads because we enjoy the game in question aren't constantly having to clear notifications from dunderheads.

Jokes aside it is a free game. Which makes alot of us annoyed or angry if ppl come in here. Demand shit they already get for "free" and complain about how long it takes to get it for "FREE"

Trust me we got all the mods we need for the job we need. Sure some cleanup takes longer than others. But as sure as the sun is rising every morning a mod will clean a thread, ban or timeout people. It is just a matter of when and not if.
