Well, some of them will be occupied even if you erase all your Memories of Loss. There are 'plot' times in which your character is forced to ejaculate, but otherwise yeah.
There's a few exceptions, and the little star fragments like your dream fragments will tell you the conditions.

apparently you didn't try interacting with the blue star cluster that looks like the one you interacted with to enter the recollection room, because that's how you do it. (it's a few steps in front of the cat.)
If you choose to unlock every scene, game is warning that exit disappears. Don't save game after choosing to unlock everything!
For some reason, the game doesn't open for me.
Not talking about the white screen some users have. The game just doesn't open. Nothing happens when I try to open it.
I already have Japanese locale.
Already have RPG Maker installed: (I played many old Japanese RPGM games in this PC)
All drivers are updated. Made an exception on antivirus.
Tried downloading different mirrors, none work for me.
Other Circle Tekua games work for me (just ran Succubus Tamer II successfully). I also launched Succubus Forest (which is quite an old game) and it ran well too.
EDIT:
Found out the problem. The game folder was with a name that was too long and prevented the game from executing. I sometimes use alternate folder names for better organization. I just deleted everything I added and kept it as "Lilith_in_Nightmare_v4.1" and then the game ran well.

usually the game's pretty straightforward after you complete one part you go back to main map and it will have changed and have a new deeper connection (or if its a continuing story, the node might be on the side of the same character progression)
if u provide a screenshot or something more accurate i can probably point you in the right direction

Should be the Fragments you can use, the ones with yellow stars. Warped Fragments, Joy Fragments, Rage Fragments, etc.
