Octogirl is a friendly(ish) NPC in the South-East area with the Elf Girl (the first area of the bonus content zones). You can talk to her to donate your exp or you can hit her with attacks and she'll beat you up.

The fishing mermaid is in the north sub area right before you go fight Lilith. She is sitting in the pond in the middle. If you have a fishing rod (I want to say the shop sells it?? I believe it is a fishing rod) you can interact with her to get beaten up.

Found the Octogirl, but i can't seem to find the fishing rod in any of the 2 merchants. Might have missed a few merchant shards i think, you got any idea where to find em?

Edit: Nvm, found the last shard, it was in the "Illusion Event"

Where is the gallery? For the life of me I cannot find it. People said something about a clock but the one in the starting building is uninteractable it seems.

After you collect memory (looks like stars) in starting map, gallery entrance is unlocked (here, also looks like stars - but memory looks like yellow stars).
