Well, let's just call it hyper pregnancy... with eggs as big as the brood mother's head and at least the bottom has been increased somewhat to accommodate. I'm not sure whether one boob is bigger than the other or the protagonist carries her own weight since her tits are bigger as well.

This seems to be a game with pregnancy, rather than an H game with pregnancy. Of course, I've only played 2 levels, but it doesn't seem like a game to fap to, rather it's just a tower defense. No sex whatsoever.

I think the author read about bee queens and ant queens before he started to draw that.
