Honestly, if the whole thing was run by a pig and went with mud bath idea over generic spa, that would have been a really cool move. Mud baths are already associated with spas and that would have totally worked out. It's not just the cliche onsen or sauna version of a 'spa' that people in think of.
While the idea is cool and it would make sense, pigs are seldom seen in the porn games because of the negative connotation that surrounds them. On the occasion where they do show up, it's usually to represent your stereotypical ugly, fat, slob dude with rapist tendencies (or a murderer). Basically, "pigs" in literal and figurative sense. Females exists but are rare.
Their wilder cousins, boars, are usually seen in a more positive light in gay furry games. Big, hairy, masculine dudes with a higher volume of muscle/fat in them (aka the "bear" body). Also, boars have been recognized as symbols of virility since times immemorial. Suines can have orgasms that last up to 30 mins.

While true, that's probably why I'd go that direction.
Everyone has done that public bath style spa, without really going any further than that. And it wouldn't be worse than moist sheep.
Honestly, I be completely fine with that.
I actually like suine anthros and wish they were given the spotlight more often, something different and positive to off-set all the bad rep that follows them. Pigs in general tend to pretty smart (one the smartest animals in a farm, actually) and make pretty tight knit social/familial bonds with each other.
I know you guys are having a lot of fun ranting about this stuff, but someone should probably point out that the SPA is run by a sheepdog futa and the actual sheeps just work there as massueses/whores, so no wet fur involved (or at least not wet from water).
They even give the explanation that the owner prefers employing sheep girls because being a shepard dog they feel more confortable ordering around sheeps.

I mean, I know that. But that's also even more boring than the shit we're saying is boring. And honestly, I don't think almost anyone cares about what's in the update. We're mostly talking about what would be more interesting at this point rather than even bothering thinking about this boring shit. Hell, I'd be surprised if more than a couple people even tried it. There's really not a lot there. If it was four well written, custom sex scenes then maybe, but like... nah. 15 minutes of content isn't worth the download.

Noone cares about any of these updates, when story is like 10 percent done
I'm always amazed at how much support this game has vs the amount of work done every update. Looks like the "dev" spends like one weekend a month doing some code to keep up the charade she is still working on it. A lot of it is volunteer too , right? Like she gets other suckers to do the programming for her for free?
The amount contributed by modders varies each release. Sometimes it's half the update, other times it's just a small thing or two. I'm personally looking forward to the day Inno adds the 3 main pillars of modding; NPCs, sex scenes and locations. Then modders will finally be able to add the bread and butter of the game.

Nope, not even close. It took two years of "dedicated" dev time to get to the second town added, so it'll probably be like... 5-10 years before we got to the forest area.
Nah man, it's supposed to be like eight areas. Development is just so slow that we've only finally gotten to the second town after more than half a decade.
Critical mass and lucky timing, mostly. One a project is large enough that community can be self feeding. And the main community is petty much all about defending and supporting Inno, even if the game itself is secondary at this point. You can see that pretty easily if you check out the discord. And this project started at the prefect time.
