A number of important NPCs have art, and you can add your own to NPCs at-will, but for all practical applications the game is entirely text-based.

Technically yes, but only for certain named NPCs and only when you use the inspect option to get a more detailed look at them. In reality this is a text based game, so no images during sex or anywhere else.

if you are expecting something at the level of a visual novel you will be very disappointed but if you temper your expectations to something like dwarf fortress with an image overlay then you are on the mark.

Given what is already in the game regarding dolls, I can confidently say Inno spoiled the whole damn thing.

I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark and say the quest has to do with the reporter that barges in during your talk with the manager of the doll store. One ending you get to side with the reporter and save the people being turned into dolls. One ending where you side with the succubus and can send people you defeat to become dolls. And the bad end, you become a doll.

Sadge. It's the one of the only races I am interested in this game. The other one being Angel. Dragons are cool too but I really wanted something like a critical magic race with minimal animal features.
Quick question I haven't found an answer here (or on the wiki either):
How does one start the 2nd Eisek quest to get access to dragonfruit?
I finished the "mob mentality" quest, but pretty much nothing changed, he doesn't give me new topics (affection still too low and can't seem to raise it by any means) or sell anything else.
Any insights on this are most welcomed
