In game, I don't think so, but the saves are in plain text so you can edit the relationship values there.

</game>maps section goes into bout line 20k and playercharacter can have like 4k+ lines as well. so its quite far down to the NPC section. for example in my savefile Scarlett's NPC dataset starts at line 118,276... thats how far i have to go if i wanted to edit her things

which you should use to find the right NPC
the characterRelationships tag is where you find the character's affection for others. there are several <relationship> tags depending on how many other NPCs they have interacted with. scarlett for example has per default a relationship with helena and the player:
<relationship character="-1,Helena" value="60.0"/>
<relationship character="PlayerCharacter" value="-40.0"/> (yes she still hates me in that savefile)
if you want the character to like YOU more just edit the value of the "PlayerCharacter" relationship node
save file. start game. load save file. enjoy.

im using keldon's version.
dunno if in vanilla LT the save file is clean or all crammed into one line (some sadly still do that attrocity)
if thats the case use Notepad++ if u dont have it yet, install XML Tools plugin (go to plugin menu, manage plugins, search for XML Tools and install)
if you got it installed: go to plugins menu > XML Tools > pretty print (or press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+B)
that will make it more readable

I don't remember when they might be newish, but they added Dolls you can buy that have no upkeep and be kept to 8 to a room and make earning passive money easy, but the dolls cost like half a million or more with different options
Is there a way for the player character to turn / get turned into a doll? I've tried poking around the place that sells them but I haven't come across anything...
I think you have to finish the main quest first, but you then go to the enforcer station in the second town and one of their quests gives you a diary or book of somekind, that kicks off the quest that will lead to a bad end with dolls. Its been a while.
what the other guy said, plus you can use the debug menu to transform yourself into anything, just don't expect the game to react to you being a doll

Sorry if it was mentioned somewhere in the thread already: Is there a (non-cheat) way to terminate a pregnancy? I know there are pills to prevent it but my MC already got raped by a breeder and I'd rather not deal with that. If there's no way to deal with it normally I'll try editing the save, but I thought I'd ask first.
no ingame pregnancy killers. once the bun is in the oven only cheesing it helps
There is an item sold by Ralph called Mother's Milk. It won't abort a baby, but it will advance the pregnancy to the next stage. So, take two of them and go pop out the baby.
There is a perk that you can take, called Barren. It makes you unable to get pregnant ... with caveats. If you take one of the fertile pills, it will override that perk and have a chance to get pregnant.
You can also set your character to be over the age of 52 (I think) and it will make you post menopausal, which means you cannot get pregnant ... unless you pop one of those fertile pills.
There is no morning after pill and no clinic to get rid of a pregnancy, so once you have a baby brewing, editing the save file is about the only option.

Is there a way to change the way an NPC talks? One NPC I'm dealing with talks weird and the hypno-watch doesn't correct it. Also, how do you make your demonic offspring transform?

If the hypnowatch cannot correct it and it's not the result of a perk or fetish (e.g. Chuuni or Bimbo, although I'm not sure how much they affect regular speech), only way is probably through save-editing.
There's a thing in the settings where a character starts having lisp if the tongue (or lips, i don't remember exactly) is too big

I believe that's "slovenly speech" and the hypno-watch should be able to be enchanted to remove that

Chuuni is changeable with a good enough relationship. Bimbo is a fetish, so all you need is Succubus' Kiss. Lisp, stutter, and slovenly all need the Hypnowatch. I do not know where mute comes from off the top of my head.
