You need to enchant the food item of the relevant race to make the transformative elixir for it (e.g. you can only get a spinneret with the tarantula food item, you can only get a snake body with the snake food item). What you're looking for is under the Legs subcategory.

You need to add a tf effect for that race's legs first and then do the leg config. Otherwise the game will try to turn your current leg type into a snek tail and most likely reject the attempt since only 3 or 4 races' legs support it

Mind that I may in fact just be very stupid and unable to figure out the way to remove the status effect but tldr, if you put a chastity cage or belt on you get the status effect Locked in Chastity. if you then remove the cage or belt, the status effect stays on even if you go have an orgasm or whatever, eventually reaching its maximum stacks and tanking your lust resistance.
