Haven't played since 4.10. looks like feral content beyond that one horse girl got added? I see the option to enable it, but I don't really see any options for controlling spawn rates or transformations of npcs into.

well then you may need to go into the javacode and add a flag to the ass body part and give it a flag so it can follow the vagina function path when set.
I'll need to learn how to do that but it would help a lot if you had some kind of link or guide that could make that process easier. Like I said in the other thread I'd do it myself and release it as a mod so we can get that content in this game.

Despite the passage of several months, there has yet to be a substantial update. I find myself unsurprised by this outcome; Inno will continue to be Inno, as certain as the inevitability of death and taxes.

hahaha... "months"

(cry in following-since-2019)
as some people said Inno discord became eco-chamber with moderators who will ban anyone who try criticise game for lack of content and story progress
unless it changes we will not see it
and some people still simp to Inno

not sure why they turned blue after morphing back to flesh though.
Your character's natural slime color is different to their natural whatever-those-wings-are color.
Each character has a set of 'default' colors specific to each species, determined at the point of transformation.
Say you turn a human into a cow-morph. The game will decide that character's color as a cow-morph will be brown-dappled white. Turn them into a cat-morph and maybe their new color will be solid black. But if you turn them back into a cow-morph, they will return to brown-dappled white.
If you then load the game without saving, the cow and cat colors could be completely different. For most furred species, though, you will generally get some shade of brown.

was inno always this slow with updates, or did it happen later down the line?
It seems to me like one of those odd things where it happened so gradually, it feels like it happened all at once. I want to say 'later down the line', but I would also be waiting on someone with a better memory to fill me in.

If you chart it, I imagine it was a downward trend even from the start, but it wasn't until when the wait for Elis began in ~2020 that the update pace really started to decline and the instance of scatterbrained content additions in Dominion started ramping up. As of last year with Elis done, it then morphed into "no updates or announcements for 6+ months if I'm feeling too bad" after a few periods of indefinite delays starting in late 2021 - early 2022.
Right now, I think the phase we're in is is that Innoxia has one relatively large patch that she plans, but only develops bits and pieces of it whenever she feels like it. Then, she bunches a few of of the completed bits of her checklist, breaking them up into smaller patches, which she staggers the release of to "chain" updates over the course of a couple weeks. She then works on the next big patch, repeat ad infinitium.
This I think explains this little micro-pattern we've seen the past few patches: the expected long waits, and then the series of smaller additions following a patch release before they suddenly stop.

This seems to track at first glance. I refuse to sign into Blogger to read old posts that way, but if GitHub's anything to measure activity by:
Of the 24 pages of open issues, 15 pages are from 2018, 4 pages 2019, with 5 pages to anything post 2020.
Not much a different story with closed issues either.

Does anyone know if there is a mod to allow ferals to become pregnant again? Or point me to what file I can edit to enable it? I have the mod that adds a feral TF pill to the game, but female ferals can't get pregnant.

It's a common timeline for games these days, whether intentional or not, they always slow down their update progress eventually.

Christ, that's a sharp decline, I wonder what exactly happened.

Are there any points of interest on the world map besides cities and Evelyx's farm?

Also, can someone recommend any similar (preferably finished) games?

For #1 ... No.
Sorry, there just isn't any content outside of that one farm and the city of Elis.

#2 ... The only thing that comes to my mind, as a preferably finished game, is Corruption of Champions. Pretty old game and made in Adobe Flash.
If 'Finished' is not a requirement, you can try out things like TiTS, Broken Dreams Correctional Facility (BDCC), and maybe a QSP game called Vicindio.

There just isn't a lot of games out there that have the sex mechanics or TFs that LT has. It's probably why the game is still popular, even though the Dev is kind of a train wreck.

Inno was never great about actually hitting deadlines but it started as a slow slipping with slightly later and slightly buggier then eventually more major slips to holiday milestone and then finally the Inno is dead saga with radio silence and year length delays.

As, Draupnir7, said, you can transform yourself in to a slime and transform yourself into whatever form you want and then enchant a bio-canister with the turn to flesh enchantment and turn yourself back to 'normal' and instantly be whatever race you were imitating as a slime.
You can also transform a slime NPC into the desired form, transform them into the non-slime form, wait for a day and defeat them again - they'll then often have the species-specific items in their inventory. It's also a decent way to collect books you're still missing.

IIRC another taur TF option is in Dominion express, but that requires completing Natalya's arc up to a certain point and farming points there.

Well, so far it's the only way of knocking up through other orifices. And you can also transform others into slimes via biojuice canisters (not sure if you can make slime TF potions) or run into slimes in bat caverns (it's more frequent if you chose to help Catherine).

How do you get those? I don't think I've encountered gryphons or dragons in the game. Then again, I haven't tried freely exploring the world yet. I guess dragons are near dragon breath volcano in the south west part?
That's why I'm trying to figure out how to mod this game to add my version of the stuff.
