It's like (for instance) you have a card in euro and Joker in us dollars, so to perform operation your bank need to buy some dollars (or somethig like that), but your card isn't allowed to do so. redditors with same probems claim that everything start working after they "changed the origin country for the creditcard". but you can as well contact your bank suppot and let them know about an error code and they will help you
