It seems like there are 2 endings, one if you agree to have vaginal sex and one if you ignore it, but this just takes you back to the last night after you get the ending.
Also, there's fisting in the game but it is blocked and i can't use the fist
From my experience, you can do fisting when u have the pleasure chair, or maybe it is also dependent on the anal dev lv
