The abandoned tags here have absolutely nothing to do with what the developer is doing. Just because it meets the criteria for an 'abandoned' tag on F95, does not mean that it is abandoned or that the developer is not allowed to keep making it.

The mods here and us, know no more than we did yesterday about the dev's plans.

Last thing was dev was working on it, but he had limited time and would be a while. (That was about a month ago and he was about 3/4 through the rework) and I haven't seen anything to indicate that has changed.

So I believe it's still coming, but don't expect it soon.

haha, nice abandoned tag. to be honest, it gives me hope, that the always longer and longer dev times can not be pushed out for eternity. and i say it in general, not this particular game.


about this game... kinda 3-4 months ago i did some math in my head, based on it, i started excepting for act3 in 5-6 months. so more 2-3 months. i would not be sad because of this abandoned tag.
but i guess, the development did not went that smooth what would verify my numbers
also about remake/rework/remaster/resurrected or any re-something, is new info to me. doesnt help to the dev time for sure. if it is true, this is the bad news, not that abandoned tag.

Game didn't need to be reworked and 18 months later it's lost all momentum.

That's my concern with the game. At one point I think it had 150 subs and was trending upwards but then reworks and personal time constraints (i think) lead to large downtimes killing all momentum the game had with gaining subscribers. Passion projects are good, but all too often you see devs start this way but then wind up making 100 bucks a month or less after taxes and figure it's just not worth the time investment anymore.

But who knows, maybe they're just that passionate about the game since they also said they'd put it on steam for free.

I think we align well on the romance of things, and I wonder, what's your take on Savannah?

At first, I liked how they clicked. It felt organic and sweet. But the aftermath made me reload and try all variations with the hope of not ending up at the dorms with her. If you tell Savannah at the hospital that you're there to talk, she cuts the conversation short, indicating she has zero interest in the MC as a person.
I get what the dev is trying to do: boost the MC's confidence and get his first time out of the way. But was that necessary?
He's clearly well-spoken and can be funny, and he's been at college for two years already, so he should've had at least some conversations and encounters with the opposite sex. It's clear from the amount of spare time the MC has that he could've dated if he wanted to. Meaning that dating or having sex just wasn't a priority for him. What makes matters worse for me is that when the MC says he wants to explore a relationship with Savannah, he gets put down by Barron, who even takes him to a brothel.
I guess I hoped that the MC not wanting sex with a quasi stranger was a valid option.

tbh my memory is foggy when it comes to Savannah been awhile since ive played. I do remember I wasn't a fan of how it happened. I want to say it was a forced sex scene don't remember anymore. I mean I do like how they interact with one another for the most part I remember that much at least.

Sister should have been step-sister because incest is gross and it's better for the platforms.

There were interesting stories to tell there, instead the routes focused on were boring.
Too many characters were introduced without any getting decent development.
MC left the school to visit home too early in the story.

So if the dev wanted to use incest for those fans like with the sister it's best not to go the step route. Personally I don't see a difference between bio and step parents when it comes to incest. As both can give off the same feeling to me.

I don't consider step to be incest because there is no blood relation.
But I get it.

Your mother birthed you and your sister has a very similar genetic code.
It's puke-inducing to even consider real incest.

I never had a step-sister or step-mom, so the thought doesn't gross me out or repel me.
I can't relate.
Even in a novel, just the thought or idea of real incest puts me off.

They'd have to make it the Dad's long-term girlfriend and her daughter perhaps?
I wonder if they could get away with that and still exist on Patreon?

Honestly, if I was the dev, I'd scrap the game and repurpose it into a tighter more focused story, because right now the game is all over the place, I don't even see where it goes from here... there's enough there to make something, but it needs a direction, instead of just randomly introducing new characters and side plots all the time.

Pretty sure that was the purpose of the early chapter updates. Render quality up to snuff with the later chapters and story flow being changed. Hard to do when IRL stuff gets in the way though.

yeah and what I'm saying is it needs more than a change in the "story flow"...

as it is, even if this gets more updates, it's hard to see this ever being completed... but bleh, whatever... one more for the abandoned pile.

it's a shame, this game has one of my favorite scenes ever in any avn I've played so far, but what can you do
