I'm confused about the latest update. You need to take off Lisa's clothes and shoes, I've done that. But after you take of her underwear, shoes and dress, there's nothing left. I've basically pressed everywhere on the screen, but there's nothing I can find that prevents me from being 'caught' and taken away. Lisa end up as a cow, and have to go back in time, because the other option is not available, yet. Is this what's supposed to happen, or am I missing something? Please help.

Try setting the 'Text Speed' setting to max and Skip 'Transitions' in the Preferences screen.
Then use Ctrl key to speed through a scene you have viewed before and see if it is still slow. If so it might be your PC (low memory, slow HDD, video memory, etc).

Text speed is already at max. Scene transitions weren't this slow in any other game I've played. My system: CPU: i5-13600K, Mem: 32 GB 3600 MHz, Graphics Card: Nvidia 4070Ti and PNY CS3040 1 TB SSD
Well, there are other unknown factors on your side we may not know. You did provide the hardware spec you have. However, we do not know how full is your drive is. if it nearly full, then you may have some minor issue. Also you may also have number of application running in the background (which tend to use a good chunk of your system's memory). Also your security software may also impacting it, such as if your system running scheduled antivirus scanning that may also impact the performance. If you are running this AVN from USB device (external drive or USB) or from network drive, or cloud drive, such as OneDrive, could also have network performance issue. In this case, it a little difficult to figure out what could be the source of the issue.
In addition, sometime it could be related to how the AVN been developed. if it heavy renders, it may take time to load and process even if it animated as well.

I'm taking from this response that skipping transitions and immediate text speed doesn't fix the issue for you. With your hardware specs you shouldn't notice the transition (plus you are skipping them), but as Lucifer said - you might want to check your local computer health then. Most likely it is a bad sector on your SSD (it happens and the onboard controller will skip it, but that does eat up time every time it tries to access it). I am not seeing this issue with my computer (a 6 year old rig), but I run things in sandboxes, keep my boot drive clear, and run games on a NAS instead of an SSD.
My system: CPU: Ryzen 7-3700X, Mem: 16 GB, Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 and Synology NAS with x3 Seagate IronWolf 8TB HDD over 1GB network connection.
