Did you even read the post you quoted?!?
Jayce's party is NOT complete hence the Ren'py version is not updated yet and won't be until the party event is completed. It can't be any fucking simpler.

Its a Bar scene... she must drink 3 drinks. The bar is located in the Renshire Town center. There's also a minimum deviancy points requirement... it's either 20 or 30...

As others have said, It's from the bar. Be advised though that it is one of the darker/more disturbing scenes in the game and def not to everyone's taste. But you can always watch it and afterwards decide if it's for you or not.
