Yeah it's awkward but addressed the next time Lisa & Calvin see one another, Gunnar isn't seen again regardless of route for a long time / perhaps ever as he returns home to rekindle with Karin - this is also mentioned at next meet. The choice on the CT won't affect the future of their relationship but affects the next scene in E3 and some dialogue <3
