I think when the patch gets officially released on Subscribestar, it then takes around 2 weeks for its public release because that initial release is for testing and finding bugs..... but I could be wrong....

But I just want the Jayce Party to be finished before Christmas

I haven't even begun Jayce Party properly as I'm on the Danny Stays - Cheating Route

Don't wanna go in Recollection Room for spoilers.... this is the game that I'm genuinely interested in, so why spoil myself.... but please.... Let the Jayce Party be finished this year!

Thank you for your generosity and thoughtfulness. Lisa is one of my favorite games, and it was also my first debut work on the path of translation. However, my skills were quite poor at that time, and the version I translated was an old one. Moreover, I was far from satisfied with the translation effect. The main issue was my insufficient understanding, or even lack of knowledge, of some local slang, proverbs, or internet memes, especially when they were abbreviated with capital letters. Even with the help of the internet or AI, I couldn't figure out their meanings... This might be due to cultural differences.

I always strive to accurately convey the original content to others. Sometimes, this difficulty is no less than what UN translators feel when they dread hearing Chinese representatives say, "As an old Chinese saying goes," hahaha. Maybe when translators hear this, their faces turn pale, and they think, "Oh no, what strange ancient Chinese idiom is he going to use this time? This is too difficult! How can I explain a four-character idiom in hundreds of words?" Well, I might be talking too much, but that's roughly the idea.

As the game versions evolved, I found that my early translation work had long been abandoned by players. Later versions were full of pirated links and AI translations, so countless fans asked me to redo a perfect translation for it. I know this may be presumptuous... because my translations are also being fraudulently reposted and linked without permission... I'm sorry for seeing your message only today. Actually, I had already been told by others that my previous efforts were not worthwhile, and I had given up. But seeing your generosity and straightforwardness, I am truly delighted! I look forward to your next update!

I think when it comes to slang terms in the game, some Americans and even Europeans might get confused at times. I'm actually Irish and we have a very unique style of speech and an entire dictionary of localized slang which I try to avoid using too much but some things slip through the cracks
As I said before, if you have any queries about particular sentences or individual words, don't hesitate to ask. There are tons of wonderful people in this thread and you can always message me privately too ^_^

I think others in this thread were probably concerned with Lisa being sold elsewhere without my approval but a free translation is absolutely permitted, encouraged even

If Lisa breaks up with Danny then yes, that's possible in future mate
Ren'Py content is the same though it's missing the past 1.5-2 years of content because Quency, the developer of it has been patiently waiting for me to complete a large party scene before implementing it in Ren'Py. I'll be finishing it up in the coming months

Which route are you on at the party mate? When I began making any content outside the party, I implemented skips for all routes so no-one was stuck and unable to view the new content - it won't break your game or anything, you can just watch the scene in the Recollection Room after it's been plugged into the game ^_^
