Slightly better than raw MTL, I mean you can get the story at least but there is the usual calling a girl "he" and some japanese words like "ningen" instead of "humans".

Well Japanese has gender-neutral pronouns. Machines don't exactly do context so bit of a tall order for them.

Yes, the translation is strange and needs to be adjusted but the context is probably understandable. I don't know, I'm not a speech Jap
I don't know if this save work or not. I used the JPver for a long time ago.
The problem was already fixed, just go to page 3 and download the "EN-Patch" and "ui_5", follow the instructions there and remember to play using the "Game.exe" and not the "Game_EN.exe".
Dunno if anyone still cares about this game, so I just did the good ending but the game didn't load the final cutscene after the final boss it said "missing img/pictures/credit_1", but for some reason it worked fine on a japanese version.
Will see if it happens on the evil ending as well, and I'm pretty sure to get the true ending you need to see both endings as that will unlock a new mode called "true route".
So worst case scenario you'll need to see the final cutscenes of both endings on a separate jp version, as that was the only problem I had with this game.

this game have a lot of missing files... this one was from a scene in final chapter of true end. there are also other similar errors on other endings as well, i have to cheat to bypass em..

They're actually controllable animations for the other scenes, but without the dialogue.
Only 1 is unlocked on that save. the rest says you need to beat the true ending to get them
It seems to work, everything looks unlocked (there are loading errors with loading some of the animation slides though):
