The game is only meant for Windows, it's the only OS listed on DLSite. And the installed version of the auto translator too.

Gave it a quick go with the official English version and the old decensor method seems to...
Make a txt file and rename it to Non.bat, so it's a .bat not .txt file. Put it in...
LittleLife_EN\LittleLife_Data\StreamingAssets\XML

Looks like the BLACK MARKET style lolis are back, and with matching shota now too. So the new survival game probably wouldn't be allowed here either.

Even if if there was I'm not a paid subscriber to their Ci-en, and I haven't seen it on any other DLSite sharing site. You often have to wait for the DLSite page to appear and their trial version for things like this if you don't subscribe.
