If he was Australian he'd release it earlier, they're living in the future. I think Hawai'i might be the worst TZ for him to be in if he wanted to wait until the end of the 5th to release it. Or is Hawai'i on the same side as Oz? Maybe Alaska then?

If he's Australian, the 5th will end sooner for him than for those of us in Europe or the US, so that should accelerate things from that perspective.

If you're talking about the "evil" part, I'd suspect Canadian first - they just pretend to be nice.
