I didn't find any new dialogue, but unless it's a glitch for me, the woman that lives in the house with the blue roof no longer spanks you. I know you are supposed to find and return Belle's doll to her before the woman does so, which I did, but it doesn't trigger for me.I have no idea how far you need to play to get there, but the path should be open once you went into the cave
but also interested if anything is added if you can find anything

you know where the cave is? just don't enter the cave and walk straight and you'll get to it
I've been there but there's always a black van blocking it? I could've sworn I got there once before too...

If you get stuck I found a trick to get out by opening and then closing the inventory or pause menu it allows you to move freely.
PS: it can even be used to get into the caves early since you can move during textboxes with this trick.

I can't find the caves at all. Am I missing something? I have mist ability and can leave at night, but I have never seen anything that looks like a cave.

The cave is a little hard to spot during night time, but when you get to downtown, head to the very south and go the toward the west, the cave should be at front (assuming camera angle is not changed) of a turn right before the gates
You need to trigger the quest by going into the workshop first I think, but the daycare itself is a little buggy and only has on person inside that will provide you info for the next place to go(and the story stops there)
get some powerful food, such as coffee, to refill your energy, and some other solid food for your health
should also get you through it
